First Rate Chimney is a family-run chimney and masonry crew based in Estacada, Oregon. Since 2022 we have swept, inspected, repaired, and rebuilt chimneys across the greater Portland metro with flat-rate pricing, a no-mess guarantee, and craftsmanship we sign our name to.
Family-run since 2022
The company started in 2022 with a simple bet: a chimney crew that quotes flat rates, shows up when it says it will, and leaves no mess behind would earn its reputation one sweep at a time. Four years and 93 five-star Google reviews later, that is still the whole business plan.
Masonry is the other half of the name. The crew brings decades of brick and mortar experience to crowns, tuckpointing, refacing, and full rebuilds.

Meet Jesse
Jesse owns and runs First Rate Chimney, and he still works on the roof. Ask the customers who mention him by name in their reviews: he is the one who explains what your chimney actually needs, quotes it flat, and treats your home like his own.
The crew sweeps with rotary HEPA equipment, photographs what they find, and walks you through it before quoting any repair. Military discounts are available, and weekend appointments can be booked when weekdays do not fit.
